The Route-EXCELerator is a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet (workbook) that runs on any PC running an XP operating system, and a “Daily Data Entry Sheet” that runs on any Pocket PC or PDA that runs Microsoft Excel.

There are separate Route-Excelerator programs for managing a Snack and a Beverage Vending business. The Snack version also has a Column (Spiral) / Snack assignment tracking Tab. Both support Multi-Price machines.

You enter your Daily Route Sales on an Intuitive Pocket PC Screen.

At the end of the day, copy the daily sheet into the workbook on the PC -- All the calculations, trends, statistics and graphics are updated and created for you!

You’ll know exactly what you sold to which customers, and how much revenue and working capital was generated.

You'll know if you met your revenue targets per day, and by location (set in the initial setup)! You'll have a record of the days you last visited a location, and a recommended next visit cycle!
