The
“Site MTD & Est. Freq.” Tab has 3 sections. The first
section is the location / machine name by route with the
“Price Per Unit” (average price
per vend at that machine), a site fee (commission) and the
amount of Sales Tax you pay, if
any.
These values are set up during the initial
set up of the Route-EXCELerator or when you
add a new location or machine name. See “Initial Setup” or
“Adding New Locations” in Support and Procedures.
The second section “Month to Date Totals”
provides the same information that the “Overall Totals” tab
does, but the next level down on an account and machine
level. They are:
-
"Total Number of Visits"
-
“Average number of Vends per visit”
-
“Average Revenue per Visit"
-
“Total Units Sold”
-
“Total Revenue”
-
"Total Commission"
-
"Total Sales Tax"
-
"Total Cost” (cost of product,
commission, and sales tax, if any),
-
“Total Working Capital”
generated.
The third section, “End of Month Review”
provides a specialized look at the account performance based
on the location level revenue goals that you have set in the
“Monthly Settings” tab. It provides the following
information: “Average number of Vends” for the month,
“Average number of Vends” per day during the current month,
and “Estimated (Next) Visit Cycle” in days.
This predictive calculation is based on the
location level revenue goals that you have set in the
“Monthly Settings” tab, and the number of vends the location
averaged. While this is not a perfect prediction tool, over
several months of tracking location consumption patterns it
gives you a very good idea how to schedule your stops to get
the maximum revenue per visit for your location revenue
goals.
