The
Route-EXCELerator is able to track and manage up
to eleven routes. So you see the route names listed on the
left and the totals and averages moving to the right,
starting with Total Units Sold, Total Number of Stops,
Average Revenue per Stop, Total Revenue for the route and
Total Working Capital generated. All these fields are
automatically updated as additional daily Data Entry Sheet
information is copied at the end of each day throughout
the month.
The
Total Working Capital calculation is the total revenue minus
average cost of product, minus any location commission
paid. Giving you a clearer picture of location and machine
productivity – How much cash does it generate (not including
machine amortization costs).
Next
are the Overall Business Route totals for the same
categories. This is a bottom line view of how your vending
business is progressing, from month to month you can easily
track and manage your vending business. Number of stops
made, overall product revenue, product cost and working
capital generated.
Next
are the Monthly Inventory and Revenue Target Achievements
for each day of the month with percent attainment. See
Monthly Settings sheet description, and Setting Revenue
Targets in Support and Procedures. This feature shows you
on a daily basis if your vending business is achieving your
revenue goals.
And
finally the Overall Average Vends per day and Overall
Average monthly vend price calculations. The “Overall
Average Vend price” is an average of all locations vend
price (or averaged vend price) entered in the “Site MTD &
Est. Freq.” tab. As you add, change or delete locations,
