The
"Product $$" Tab is used in the multi-pricing version of the
Route-Excelerator, and is used to Track the revenue per
product across all the accounts and machines.
The Tab is
organized the same as all the location / machine and product
tabs. With the Route and Location / Machine name
columns on the left side of the screen and the products
along the top. Additionally, this tab has the Total
Revenue received Overall, by location / machine, and by
product .
In the
light green section you can see one of four things.
1. The
Revenue dollars. Means that there is a corresponding
'Vend-Price' Tab entry for that cell, and a product
sales entry listed for that cell in the 'Product Sales' Tab.
2. A
0 (zero) dollar amount. Means that there is a
corresponding 'Vend-Price' Tab entry for that cell, but
there are no sales listed for that cell in the 'Product
Sales' Tab.
3. A
'no-price' message. Meaning that there is No
corresponding 'Vend-Price' Tab entry for that cell, but
there are sales listed for that cell in the
'Product Sales' Tab. This means you must update the
Vend-Price Tab for that cell, or was it an input error from
the Daily Sales Input Sheet?
4.
Blank means that there are no sales listed for that product
in the 'Product Sales' Tab and there is no corresponding
'Vend-Price' Tab entry for that cell. If you
highlight these cells you will see the word FALSE.
This is the normal state for the formula that tracks this
information.
