Does the Route-EXCELerator include hardware? No, the Route-EXCELerator is a Microsoft Excel workbook template, it is only software.

Does the Route-EXCELerator run on a Palm or other PDA? The Route-EXCELerator runs on a Pocket PC, or any other PDA which allows you to edit and display Microsoft Excel files.

What do I need to run the Route-EXCELerator? The Route-EXCELerator runs on any PC running any of the Microsoft XP operating systems, Microsoft Excel, A Pocket PC with Microsoft Pocket PC 2002 software (or above), or any PDA which allows you to edit and display Microsoft Excel files.

What are the differences between the Beverage and Snack Route-EXCELerator? Although both versions of the Route-EXCELerator are almost identical, there are a couple of differences based on the differences in managing a Snack and Beverage business:

1. In the Snack Route-EXCELerator the "Average Product Cost" is not calculated from all the product purchases inputted into the Product Purchases Tab like the Beverage Route-EXCELerator. Because of the wide variety of product costs in the snack, candy, cakes and chips snack types, and there are many more kinds of case / box sizes it became almost impossible to create a meaningful average product cost depending on your product purchasing patterns. So it is a number set by you in the Monthly Settings Tab. We have it set to .31 which is what we found our average product cost was over the last several years.

2. There is a spiral / column tab to record all your column / spiral assignments in each snack machine, in the Snack Route-EXCELerator. This is not included in the Beverage version.

3. They come preloaded with snack or beverage products for each of the versions of the Route-EXCELerator.

Does the Route-EXCELerator track counters or machine meters? The Route-EXCELerator does not use counters or meter count totals as it is redundant to the revenue tracking method. At the end of the day you know exactly what should be in the cash returned. The Route-EXCELerator uses the replacement quantities as a counter cross check. As each machine quantity is inputted it creates a total to the far right of the Daily input sheet. This creates a dollar total in the master workbook that runs on the PC.

Does the Route-EXCELerator manage a snack business? Yes, there are two versions of the Route-EXCELerator. There is a version that manages a beverage business, and there is a version that manages a snack business.

Does the Route-EXCELerator support Multi-Pricing Vending machines? Yes. The Route-EXCELerator comes in two versions, one that supports single price machines (and averages the vend price for multi-pricing machines), and a full multi-pricing environment version. Both are the same price. The single-price version is less work to maintain, but if you need full multi-pricing support it's there also.

Do I need to be very computer oriented? To use the Route-EXCELerator you only need a basic knowledge of general PC operations, a Pocket PC (Mobile Device), and Microsoft Excel.

How do I get help and technical support for the Route-EXCELerator? The Route-EXCELerator was designed with “off-the-shelf” technology. That means that it uses standard hardware and software products to create the system. Specifically, you can get help and support almost anywhere -- much of it free. You are not locked into anyone source for support.

Basic PC support is available nationwide. Microsoft Excel is a world wide product and you can get basic help from your public library (Free) to online and major book stores. You can get technical help from many inexpensive sources. We offer FAQs, procedural documentation, workbook template specific support and on going fee based email support. We also perform the complete initial set up and configuration for you for $50.

How does your initial set up and configuration service work? After payment is received we will send you several excel forms that you will complete. We will create a Route-Excelerator based on your specific business data.

Can I make copies of the Route-EXCELerator software? Yes, As long as the copies stay within your company you are allowed to make as many copies as you need for your business.

What do I receive when I order a template? After you complete the payment via PayPal we will be notified and email you a softcopy of the Route-EXCELerator that you ordered, with setup instructions.

In what formats are your templates available? Route-EXCELerator templates are available in Microsoft Excel 2003 If you need a lower level copy of Microsoft Excel please specify when you order.

What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the templates?

You may: use your master copy to create as many templates as you wish for your company.

You may not: Resell or redistribute templates (like we do), or claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All intellectual property rights to the Route-EXCELerator templates belong exclusively to Mountain Top Enterprises, Inc.

Is the license a one-time fee payment? Yes, the payment for your template is a one-time fee without any additional charges. After purchasing you may use the template as many times as you need for one business.

Is there any return policy? Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site.

We only make exceptions with this rule when the master copy shipped to you appears to be damaged (corrupted). In that case we will provide a replacement copy. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.
