Support for the Route-EXCELerator
takes several forms. By design it was created using
standard software and hardware. Because we wanted to
make sure that support was easily accessible through any
number of avenues. It uses standard
Microsoft Excel, standard
Pocket PC software .
Hardware for
the Route-EXCELerator
is also very
flexible. It will run on any PC running
any of the Microsoft XP operating system versions, and any
of the standard Pocket PC hardware manufactures, i.e.,
Dell,
HP/Compaq (there are others but these are the most
popular). It will also run on any PDA that runs
Microsoft Excel, but we have not tested it on specific
(non-Pocket PC) PDAs.
Our assumption is that
because of this approach there will be a wide variety of
support local to your company including a significant amount
of free or very inexpensive support.
We also wanted to keep the
purchase price down to the minimum, and did not want the
product to have extensive "build-In" support infrastructure
that was not necessarily needed. So we went with an
"Al La Cart" approach.

for the initial 15 Days after purchase to assist you with
any initial set up questions you may have. You can

Of course, you can

any time with questions and general inquiries and if there
are any problems with the Route-EXCELerator
code, or spreadsheet formulas caused by us we will provide
free email support for those incidents.
When it is determined that your question goes
beyond simple reference / answer, we will refer you to
purchase a support ticket, or service pack.
For all "paid for" email support we
offer Service Packs of 5 support Incidents (can be multiple
email correspondents till problem is resolved) for $45,
and a single email support incident is $10.
